What’s your signature dish?
I like fusion dishes. Anything from Korean style Tacos to one of my favorite dishes I’ve made so far: Gochujang Roasted Cornish Game Hen, Okinawa Yam, Garlic Jous & Leek Ash.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Figuring out any allergies, what style of cuisine they like and make any suggestions I may have
What do you love most about your job?
Making people genuinely happy and knowing that they get their money’s worth.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My first time cooking as a private chef/years of working in corporate kitchens cooking somebody elses menu.

Im very creative, artistic and love to make sure people enjoy themselves.

I can use my kitchen to do any prepared meals but also do not mind travel.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Wear a mask at all times, keeping distance and always carrying the right ppe (some of these things we should be using as chefs at all times anyway)
