Chef Jordan cooked an amazing meal for my friend’s bachelorette party. He was right on time, brought everything he needed, and we didn’t have to lift a finger. Everything was cooked to perfection - salmon was perfect, chicken juicy, and the mashed potatoes were so creamy and delicious! What do you love most about your job?
I love preparing food that tastes great, and seeing people enjoy what I make for them. It's a completely different experience than working in a closed kitchen. Now, I can interact and talk to the people I'm cooking for, and it's something I truly appreciate.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having an entrepreneurial mindset since I was a young age, I've always wanted to start my own company. The idea of working for myself, doing things how I want, and seeing the success of my own efforts was always an attraction to me. After years of gaining experience in my field, I finally felt like it was the right time to set out on my own, and I'm really glad that I did.

No matter what type of food I prepare, I always put flavor first. Whether it's a simple salad, or a complex dish like beef wellington, I want to make sure that you're enjoying what you put in your body. At the end of the day, that's what food is all about

Cooking classes can be online or remotely! If you have some type of camera (webcam, phone, laptop, etc.), we can figure something out together!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If a customer has any request or requirement to ensure their safety and comfortability during these hard times, I'm more than willing to accommodate. I can wear a mask, gloves, whatever the customer needs to feel safe
