What’s your signature dish?
I specialize in many cuisines, Mediterranean, and healthy choices are on top of the list. International cuisines, Keto, Gluten Free and Plant based are all within my scope. If you want Barbecue or a Clam Bake that's also possible.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
First I will ask about your needs and specific likes and dislikes. From there it's all about what you'd like your event to look like. I have the flexibility to bring your vision to life!
What do you love most about your job?
The best part of my job is making people happy. Taking the stress out of planning, executing, and cleaning up an event is my pleasure. No matter how big or small, it's nice for you to be able to enjoy your guests and not have to worry about the details.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After many years of working, in private homes and clubs, I felt it was time to give everyone the chance to have their special occasion be as exciting as it could be . It's the passion for service that drives me to give you the best experience possible.
Why should our clients choose you?
There are lots of choices out there.What it comes down to is passion and understanding. The chef that put in the love and passion for what they are doing, produces a much tastier, attractive and desirable experience. That's it in a nutshell, I bring all that to the Table. (pardon the pun)

Although my service requires me to be at your location, I do offer online tutorial services. I can take you through preparation techniques, and answer culinary questions about your turkey, Tagine, or apple pie.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I've taken the utmost care in protecting my clients. I am vaccinated and aware of food safety standards both nationally and state recognized.

Having an intimate gathering or a cocktail party?, I can provide a complete seamless experience. I pay attention to detail, table arrangement and presentation are so very important. I will make sure all is ready for your pictures!

Meal Preparation service will fill your refrigerator with meals for the busy lifestyle you lead. I can tailor a plan for any needs you may have. Dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences aren't a problem. I have experience with gluten free, as well as Vegan and Vegetarian choices.
Food Sourcing
Want to "do it yourself"?I can help find and source ingredients, equipment or staff to make your own events successful and memorable . I can help provision your home, boat or vacation rental. I also have extensive wine knowledge and can provide assistance in setting up your wine room or helping make wine choices.
