Chef Hartley’s food will take your taste buds on a transformative ride that your palate has never experienced. The fish and grits were probably one of the most memorable meals I’ve had in a long time and his skillet Mac and cheese is to die for.

I couldn’t ask for a better experience with a chef. My wife and I was planning an anniversary dinner and I wanted to make it intimate and amazing and chef Hartley did just that. He adhered to our dietary needs and came up with a menu that we couldn’t get any where else. We had a wonderful time and he recommended wine that paired perfectly with the dishes he prepared. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. If I didn’t know any better, I would have sworn he was an iron chef or on Food Network. That’s top tier and I’m super picky.
