I have deep appreciation to vibrant flavors and wholesome ingredients so i perfected the art of Mediterranean cuisine. My signature dishes are a harmonious symphony of fresh herbs, ripe tomatoes, fragrant olive oil, and exotic spices. Each plate is a delightful journey through the Mediterranean, capturing the essence of its diverse cultures.
For example, I will make roasted vegetable mezze platter that showcases the abundance of the Mediterranean. Colorful bell peppers, zucchini, and eggplant are roasted to perfection, releasing their natural sweetness. These tender vegetables are then paired with creamy hummus and rich tahini sauce, creating a medley of textures and tastes that are both comforting and exotic.

I work with my clients and create the menu of their dream. I do not have set menus but will share what i have done in the past and find out who will be there and if there is any food restrictions.
