Chef Crystal Clarke

Words cannot describe how amazing Chef Crystal is! We were lucky to find her for our weekend long retreat in Orlando, FL. She took the time to get to know each one of our guests and went out of her way to make sure her food was inclusive of all and made adjustments when needed . She went ABOVE and BEYOND in her service helping us source items our VRBO didn't provide and we didn't plan for. Oh yeah, and her food is freaking phenomenal! Coming from a catering background, the way she uses color and her plating techniques as well as the freshness of her ingredients is top notch. Picked up some tomato jam at east end market today.Holy Shnike is it good. Looking forward to the pistachio pound cake. Two very big thumbs up.

OMG! Chicken Corn Chowder, Tomato Bisque soups are the BOMB!! And I can’t say enough about her cookies and Brownies!!! Awesome, Awesome food and super nice Chef!!!
