If you are looking for a professional chef - look no more ! I hired Chef B for a private dinner at my home. From the first call, he was extremely customer focused and professional. I received a menu within 30 minutes and a quote was delivered in a timely manner ! I had questions and they were very responsive.. When they arrived to set up the food , they helped with a couple of items that I decided to make on my own. They were so helpful and they washed dishes and wiped down the kitchen.. Chef B and trusty assistant Tiffany were amazing! We had a small dinner party at our home to break in our new dining room chairs. We wanted to do something different so that we were not stressed and could really enjoy the evening with our guests! Enter Chef B!

The food was impeccable! The evening started with passed hors d’oeuvres of chicken and waffle cones and brisket tacos...these alone were worth the price of admission.

The salad was a smoked shrimp salad with hatch green chile vinaigrette. Many of the guests said that the vinaigrette was the best they’d ever had.

The entree was a cooked to perfection beef tenderloin accompanied by black bean whipped potatoes and caramelized Brussels sprouts.

Dessert was a cranberry white chocolate bread pudding.

The service was excellent. The kitchen was spotless when they finished. Chef B is totally worth it if you want an amazing meal prepared in your home for a very reasonable price (comparable to a nice steakhouse).

What a truely wonderful experience to have Chef B cater a small private family dinner, celebrating a 70th birthday. From the melt in the mouth passed hors d'ovres , through a delicious mushroom soup, so thick and velvety, to one of the best steaks I've had and onto a rich dessert, followed by an original cheese platter. Oh my, 5 stars just aren't enough, 10 at least!� Oh and at the end the kitchen was cleaner than when he arrived and the washing up done! Thank you Chef for a great evening � More...

How many mini brisket tacos make a whole taco?! Cause I ate like 15 last night. Chef B catered an event I went to and the food was definitely the highlight. Best appetizers/finger foods ever! You can tell everything was so fresh and still warm/cold, depending on the dish. I was able to see their set up in the back and they were plating and putting everything together fresh. The dishes were pretty unique as well, you don't see at every party. The servers were also awesome, very friendly and they did not judge me when I grabbed a mac'n'cheese bite every-time they passed. You can tell he has real passion for the food he serves. I will be recommending Chef B. Thanks! More...

After posting my first review, Chef B contacted me and apologized for what had transpired.  After his explanation of the events leading up to the mishap, we decided to give him another try.  Since then, we have met and have even done a tasting.  He came to our home and prepared everything beautifully and left me with no mess.  Very impressed with his food!!!  Everything was delicious, and Chef B, himself, is very personable.   We will definitely be staying in contact with him regarding my daughter's upcoming wedding. What a fantastic experience! My little sister wanted to throw a cooking party for her 30th birthday; Chef B came highly recommended. All 16 of us gathered at my sister's in Willis late afternoon for a toast and to hang out before the anticipated start time of 5pm. Chef B and Jackie arrived a little after 4 and seamlessly began preparing while guests mingled. (I'm not even certain when they arrived since they just blended in.) They brought an app for us to snack on: baby lobster rolls, mmm.When it was go time, Chef B and Jackie allowed us to pair up at multiple different "stations" around the kitchen/dining area. The guys crowded around the meat table to form "Team Meat" and the rest of us paired up at the various stations where we were walked through each step of preparation. My older sister and I were at the prosciutto-wrapped green bean station, arguably the most "difficult" one. Really, all we had to do was grab a small handful of green beans and wrap them - along with some grilled scallions - with a piece of prosciutto. However, since we'd had open season on Prosecco and sangria for over an hour, this was harder for her than I thought, ha. But it sure was fun! Very social. Food prep at all the stations took half hour tops (half that time at most). The meat had already been brined, herbs chopped, etc. so assembly was simple. Other than the food (I'll get to that) my favorite part was realizing how easy it all was. We got a little booklet at the end with all the recipes; there were very few ingredients and none were complicated.The Chefs managed the majority of the cooking (or supervised the parts we wanted to do, i.e. the guys at the grill) About an hour or so later we were presented with a smorgasboard: bruchetta salad, cremini mushrooms, bourbon bacon pork tenderloin, roasted root veggies, butternut squash with honey, our green beans...I can't even remember it all. But every, single. thing. tasted great! Everyone was so proud of the dish they took part in, it was cute. The best part: the chefs cleaned everything up afterwards! All my sister provided was a kitchen and some dishes to eat off of, everything else was covered, start to finish. All of this for $45 a person. Absolutely unreal. Could not possible recommend more. I'm hoping I can get Chef B and Jackie to come to Austin!! More...
