Charlie Weintraub Private Chef

After signing up with Bark, and making the request, Chef Charlie was the first one to reach out. Good business move, Once we sealed the deal we had no idea what to expect. We agreed upon a menu and he followed up to make sure we were happy and to discuss any allergies (which we had 3 people with) he accommodated all with no problems. He was on time to start cooking, and serving time was on the tee. We had a Mediterranean style Buffet, it was amazing, fresh ingredients, hot meal, perfect servings. He made Blakava for us, let me tell you it was amazing! Throughout the meal he was very attentive, always hospitable and on point. After dinner he left the place spotless. Right off the bat, Charlie messaged us to ensure we were happy with the menu and that we had no food allergies. Lines of communication were open and clear.

He came in and was a very personable individual. We learned a lot of what brought him into the private world and his personality reflects why he’s been so successful in this regard. He’s so chill and personable. We had natural conversation and it felt like our long distance friend was cooking for us.

The meal was phenomenal. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors flowed, the presentation was on par with a 5star experience complete with a presentation of the flavors we were set to indulge in.

Charlie cooked for our party of seven during a four-day trip to Texas, and exceeded expectations in every respect.
