What do you love most about your job?
My position is very unique, as I see both sides of the business. I see the operations side as well as the HR side. Because of this, I am able to have a full scope of what is best for the employee and the owner.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After over 20 years in the HR industry, I love making a difference in other's lives. I love my work and a friend of mine advised me to do what I am good at, do what is easy for me and do what I love!
