Three years ago when I met Coach Ryan, I was looking for a change. Be careful what you ask for, you just might get it. I found change and a new family to call home. After tweaking my abilities my skill level almost went through the roof to the dismay of my sparring partners. Was very overcome by everyone at champs gym on the 18 th March 2017 , myself & Kinsale boxing club organised a fight day between Ireland & USA which turned out to be a great day.
Even though we didn't win any fights we fought our way through the rounds & made it till the end. All the local people and friends of Ryan were all very accommodating in every way. Meeting new and old friends there was an amazing experience for us all. Glad to know Ryan & champs club, you're a credit to the sport.

Great environment for getting fit.
I was a complete novice to the sport of Boxing but everyone at the gym is equally friendly and supportive.
The owner and head trainer Ryan is fantastic and he pushes and tweaks you enough so you give your optimum performance but in a relaxed and casual fashion.
He's 100% and so is this gym ���������
