Here at CDS we LOOOVE to cook and entertain! We believe that having good food at your event is just as important as having good music. A lot of caterers charge a ton of money for 'just okay" food that let's be honest....no one remembers. We put love in our food, and it reflects in the flavor.

What’s your signature dish?
Our Seafood Alfredo is our most requested dish. Homemade Alfredo, jumbo shrimp, mussels, and real crab meat.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We begin asking what type of event you're having. We then ask about budget, and any allergies or dietary restrictions. After that we discuss options, and come up with the perfect solution.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the happy faces of our clients. We LOVE to cook and entertain. We are people people LOL. Customer satisfaction is our number 1 joy!!
What inspired you to start your own business?
My wife and I entertain alot and would always get compliments on our food. People would rave over it, telling us that we should sell it.... And so we did LOL.

We are a local family owned business right here in Cleveland, Ohio. We're down to earth, and we cook with our hearts! Your satisfaction is guaranteed, and we'd love to cook for you.

No. We don't offer catering services remotely, but we do offer virtual meetings and consultations if needed.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In addition to our already food safe practices, we wear masks, and gloves the entire time that we prepare, serve, and deliver your food. We have limited the number of people who come in direct contact with your food, and we wash our hands religiously.
