What’s your signature dish?
Linguini Vongole is my favorite dish to make. It is simple and to the point but requires a lot of skill, This is a dish you can showcase the ingredients and let them be the star of the show
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
With an initial consolation we can discuss what direction your looking for the evening to go in. From casual family style, To five course platted with modern techniques. From there we can lock in the menu. I will type it up and send it over for final approval. Then we can discuss pricing
What do you love most about your job?
I love food and cooking because the pursuit of perfection is unatonable but it constently pushes me to grow and learn more. The hard work and dedication is something that is comfortable for me
What inspired you to start your own business?
Wanting creative freedom and freedom from the brick and morter restaurant that i have given so much of my time. It was time to push my self and grow as a chef and person.
