CBR’z catering was absolutely positively the best caterer we could have EVER dreamed of hiring. They were BEYOND friendly and I have NEVER in my entire life had better food. Ever. The lemonade was phenomenal And the chicken was better than any food I’ve ever had. They also took the time to make a personal slide show of the groom and I. Rustic Chicken Pasta. A savory pasta dish with chicken, sausage, black olives, tomato, spinach and a made from scratch cream sauce.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I talk with the customer and find out their needs. After discussion I design menu options and let them choose from different categories.
What do you love most about your job?
Serving and feeding people. I love to cook and have been doing it for over 25 years.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked hard for other people for years. I decided it was time to work hard for myself.
