What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We offer a full suite of accounting services. From full service, cloud-based accounting where you are effectively hiring a fractional accounting department on a fixed fee basis, to temporary specialized projects that we would bill hourly. Our CompleteCFO package is our full service, cloud-based, outsourced accounting package that can quickly bring accounting best practices to your organization, to help improve cash flow, and enable your business to scale. If the CompleteCFO is not what you need, we also offer an Accountants Special Business Package. It is a fixed fee, turn-key package, which provides accounting support, financial reporting, tax planning, business tax compliance, and unlimited guidance and consultation throughout the year.

What do you love most about your job?
We know that your business is not "just business". It is personal and it affects your emotional, mental, and physical well being. We love knowing that our work helps improve the quality of our client's lives. When our clients succeed, we succeed!
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a corporate controller working for large publicly traded companies. I saw the tremendous advantage these companies had with a dedicated team of accountants providing timely financial data through out the year to help management be agile and make timely and effective decisions. The average small to medium sized business is just not properly staffed to compete. Many public accounting firms are content with being "compliance oriented". You know the routine... "I speak to my accountant once a year, and he/she prepares my taxes for me... Thank you. Surprise, you owe $xxxx in tax. See you next year." I felt like I could bring a different approach and more service offerings that are valuable to the small / medium sized businesses in the community.
From a personal standpoint, I wanted to challenge myself to go beyond just earning a paycheck. I wanted to know that I had it in me to build something that would employ professionals sharing the same vision and would be a fixture making a positive impact on our communities.

Our slogan is "Awareness makes opportunity possible." The work we do reduces uncertainty, and facilitates decision making and control. We are efficient, responsive, and produce a quality product. By the way... We know the tax laws! We understand that a majority of our clients don't have investors to impress, and at the end of the day, they don't want to needlessly pay more tax. We get it and we will be your advocate!
We will always be upfront with our costs and fees. We aren't always going to be the least expensive provider that you will find. We have overhead that many sole practitioners don't, but we do have high quality professional staff that have the capacity to give to you the attention you desire and need.
