I ordered wings and shrimp Rasta pasta and it was so good. The food was cooked and packed with delicious flavors I will definitely order again the next time I'm in New York.

5/5 it’s slamming when it comes to flavors it’s just the right amount 😌😌😌 I had ordered catfish burgers a few years ago and let me tell you amazing then I tried the steak and shrimp kebabs last summer and I must say they both were slamming

I ordered the crab cakes and creamed spinach and it was very delicious. The crab cakes were very fluffy and filling and the creamed spinach was so tasty I would definitely recommend. I didn’t get a chance to take a picture due to me eating so fast but I will definitely order again and take a pic. Thank you for the wonderful food!! More...

I’ve had the pleasure of eating Chef Carter’s food when she did meal preparation for me for a whole month. I love her food! But, this review is for my meal from her current weekly menu. The Grub Sauce, the peel and eat shrimp sauce and honey buffalo sauce are all ridiculous (aka delicious). I’m officially giving her the new name Chef Sauce. I hope you’re ok with that Chef! I specialize in southern comfort; however, I am well rounded in many cuisines.

Each menu is derived from the clients desires, while I do offer a list of options I do prefer to bring my clients vision to life.

This industry has always been a love of mine, putting a product into the world and knowing people enjoy it.

I love being in kitchen settings but the way the industry is shaped, it limits the individual and I don't fit into molds very well. I needed the space to do things my way, the freedom to have a change of heart and redo things. Being an employee doesn't award those luxuries.

I provide a very intimate and unique experience through food, which is backed by 15 years of experience.

Catering is pretty self-explanatory, I do offer cooking lessons that can be done remotely, i also have a cookbook called "Almost a Chef" that can be found on amazon!

Individual packaged meals are available upon request, as well as contactless delivery.
