Bradi and her team were wonderful to work with. They initially set up a food tasting for us a year prior to our wedding to help narrow down our dish choices. On the day of the wedding, the chefs did a fantastic job on the food (the stuffed snapper was our favorite). Planning a destination wedding is difficult to do. However, Catered Affaires made it so much easier. They have such a wide selection of food and will literally make whatever you want. We were able to come down a few months before the wedding for a tasting. If you’re able to do that, I would highly recommend it. They allowed us a private tasting in their kitchen where we ate, met the chefs, and got a tour of their food trucks.
Amy was amazing and was so quick to respond to all my questions I had throughout the planning process. She helped my vision come to life! The food was beyond delicious and there was plenty of it. We never ran out of hot delicious food all night. My guests have been talking about the food since.

Bradi was very responsive and working with her was a breeze, the food was amazing and even met the chef during the wedding. We pick beef empanadas, jerk chicken, coconut shrimp for apps and all were very good. For entrees, we pick red pepper snapper, chicken saltimbocca and chimichurri steak and they were all a hit! The mushroom rissoto is to-die for (i still think about that and the steak even as I write this review). As a bride, you would think i'll only take a bite but i finished the whole serving since they were sooo good! We did the BYOB so that we can pick our liquor (more top shelf) and when we were running low of some items (people drank a lot more rose's and prosecco than expected), it was never an issue as Bradi had some folks go get us more booze early enough. They were very good in making sure the bride/groom had food and always had drinks. There was never a problem getting drinks at the bar - the bartenders were very efficient - making sure a lot of people got their fair share of alcohol. Working with Bradi and her team at Catered Affairs was one of the highlights of our wedding at the Audubon House on May 23, 2019. We were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to travel to Key West prior to the wedding to meet with vendors, and we left our menu tasting knowing we made the right choice going with Catered Affairs. The service was impeccable the day-of and our guests raved about the food. Everyone also loved the specialty cocktails we had and the bartenders were amazing. Bradi had the great idea of offering guests the key lime margarita as they arrived to the ceremony and that was a huge hit -- it really set the tone for the fun wedding we wanted. My biggest disappointment is that we didn't get to eat any of the chocolate lava cakes or key lime pie because we were too busy dancing! :( But Bradi was sweet enough to invite my husband and I to dine at their restaurant, La Trattoria, since we didn't get to really eat our delicious meals at the wedding -- and I would give the restaurant 5 Stars, too! I have been to many events catered by Catered Affairs and had the pleasure of working with them numerous times. Last night we were at an event and as usual they knocked it out of the park! ! This was the first time I tried their Vegan lasagna and it was the most amazing dish I have ever had. Even the non vegans were ranting and raving about it! The Catered Affairs owner and staff provide a service that is unmatchable. From the time we began working with them for our wedding to the day of, they showed nothing but professionalism and communicated with us every step of the way. I never once had second thoughts about if we were working with the right company. They listened to what we wanted on our big day and it was more than we could have expected. Not only was the food incredible and our guest very pleased, but the staff was very attentive to everyone’s needs the entire night. The Catered Affairs team was incredible. They catered our wedding at Fort Zachary Taylor and we also did a welcome dinner the night before at their restaurant La Trattoria Oceanside. Everything went so smoothly and everyone loved the food! Amy was so easy to work with and is just a true gem of a person. My husband and I got married at the Hemingway House and Catered Affairs was one of the preferred vendors on the list we were provided. We reached out to a handful of preferred vendors at first to see which ones were the most willing to work with us, especially because we were having less than 20 people at our wedding and were trying to keep costs down. After entertaining a few leads and finding that most wanted to charge us a fee for having fewer than 50 guests (upwards of $500!) Amy graciously chatted with my mom and I on the phone about all of our options. Pricing was extremely reasonable and they were more than happy to accommodate our request for a family style meal. Every single interaction that I had with Amy and team was fantastic. Even though I didn't meet them until our tasting a few months before the wedding, I knew that we were in great hands from the moment I signed the contract. The tasting was phenomenal - we had SO much extra food to take home and having the chef right there preparing the food fresh made the experience even more memorable. The best part was that their food truck is parked right on the property preparing the meals so that everything is fresh and WARM - this is so important at an event with a lot of guests! Amy made sure that my husband and I were fed (they even dropped off a tray of appetizers from cocktail hour for us when we sat down since we were busy taking photos) and had a drink in our hands minutes after we said "I do." When someone accidentally spilled some red wine on my gown, Amy was quick to grab a Tide pen for me. What can I say, Amy and the catering team are absolutely wonderful. Not only are they personable, but also willing to give advice and answer any questions that may arise. But the FOOD! WOW! All my guests kept raving about the delicious churrasco, they have never had a more juicy and soft churrasco in their life. Yeah, it was that good. Everyone enjoyed building their tacos and the passed appetizers, and the stationary appetizer flew! This catering company is serious about their culinary skills. We used Catered Affairs for a small wedding at the Hemingway Home in Key West. Bradi was wonderful to work with. She helped us think through multiple menu options, and was more than willing to make multiple changes as our vision for the food shifted. She was very responsive over email and phone, and I never felt like I was bothering her when I called with questions. The food was great - all of our guests mentioned how much they enjoyed the different appetizers and entree stations we chose. Everything was set up perfectly, the food came out fresh and hot, and the staff on site for the wedding were really helpful and courteous to our guests. CA is the most amazing catering company you could trust for your wedding. The amazing Amy was our wedding planner and she did everything so perfect and effortless. We were able to enjoy our special day with no worries because we had AMY! She is the best.

We had a wedding reception at Fort Zachary Taylor in early March 2019, and from beginning to end, planning the hors d'oevres and the meal options was an absolute delight. Not being from the area, my husband and I flew in to attend a taste-testing which was done right on the premises of their business, at a wonderful restaurant called "La Trattoria - Oceanside", right in the kitchen! We pretty much knew what we wanted, but were able to tweak sauces, herbs, etc. on the spot. It also enabled me to see just how the items would be cooked on site, in their portable kitchens! I knew that everything would be served fresh and hot, not microwaved like many other places do.
On the day of the wedding, their staff was in place and ready to go with the hors d'oevres, circulating among the guests, but making sure the bride and groom had a plate and were offered their favorite selections! We had people following the servers to get more of the fabulous conch fritters, crab cakes (better than the ones in Maryland), jerked chicken, lamb lollipops, and bruschetta!
The Caprese salad, dinner entrees -- red pepper snapper, filet mignon, and spaghetti pomodoro -- and sides of mixed grilled vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes were fabulous! We are still receiving rave reviews on all of the food!
For a late evening snack, after the cake, we offered coffee, tea, and pretzel bites which hit the spot!
Our chef came around inquiring how everything was and I couldn't have been happier! The waitstaff was very attentive and very available during service, and in-between courses.
I highly recommend this firm for any of your catering needs! They are a pleasure to work with and worth every penny! More...

I am honestly almost at a loss for words on how wonderful our experience was with Catered Affairs. I knew from many other reviews I read that this was likely "our company" and after meeting them in person I knew I chose right. I am not even lying when I say at minimum over 20 people complimented us on having "the best wedding food ever." This is why we chose this company and we are over the moon our guests enjoyed it thoroughly! Catered Affairs is extraordinarily professional. They came to our event with large staff, chef and personal food truck to cook food right on site. Bradi Parks was our go to gal when coordinating our catering. She went FAR out of her way to make sure we had a tasting set up even though she was out of town after we had to cancel our original tasting due to family member passing. She put me at ease with the severe food allergies family members had and was overall extremely professional and organized. We even met to walk through our catering the day prior to our wedding which I felt was above and beyond. I cannot say enough kind words... I can’t say enough about how fabulous Amy and the entire team at Catered Affairs of Key West were to work with! Amy is a joy to work with, I told her the type of reception I wanted and how much I was able to spend and she worked with me to find the perfect menu that was within my budget. That being said, you would never have known that I was working within a budget because the food was out of this world! It has been a month and my guests are still raving about the food, the appetizers were a HUGE hit (I have had about 15 people ask me if I could get the recipes for teriyaki meatballs and the mini chicken quesadillas) and the dinner was even better. When my husband and I started planning our wedding, one of our highest priority items was making sure we had amazing food at the reception. We met with several caterers in Key West and Catered Affairs was hands down the best! They impressed us from the start with a complimentary tasting in their kitchen. The food was EXCELLENT. We used Catered Affairs for our Company Christmas Party last week and they were Fabulous. On a short noticed they were on top of everything. Amy is awesome! She got back to us right away and set everything up. Chef Nick actually brought all the food; he was there ahead of time. The food was outstanding. Everyone loved every bite! Catered affairs was one of the best decisions that we made for our wedding day! First of all, CA provided so many of the "extras" outside of the food - tables, chairs, cupcake stands, bar supplies, etc. for no extra cost. This took a huge amount of stress away from keeping up with all of the little things plus, saved us quite a bit of money. We also were able to provide an open bar and save literally thousands of dollars by purchasing our own alcohol while CA provided all of the bar supplies and a bar tender. Secondly, the food was incredible!!! So many of our guests told us that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding (including our vegans and vegetarians)! Amy is generally a dream to work with - she knew our wedding planner (Bernadette at Family Affair) and our venue (Audubon House) so well. Negatives: bartenders put out tip box w/o asking. Life threatening food allergy was overlooked. Did not have top-cake box and caterer put it in a to-go box unclosed so could have dropped. Some items requested were not provided.

Wow! I can't even begin to say how awesome our experience was with Catered Affairs. I originally emailed Amy a year ago to start planning and she was very quick to respond. She was in close contact with both my husband and I by phone and email throughout the entire process. She even gave us tips for other aspects of our wedding. I can’t talk highly enough of the whole Catered Affairs team. Choosing them for our wedding is one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Bradi and her team were fantastic to work with, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.
