About

I've had a camera in my hand my entire life! A good photographer can take your picture, but a great photographer can capture your personality, and thats a big difference in how the pictures turn out. I enjoy taking photos that make people feel good about themselves.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Spencer and what blew me away was how chill and confident he made me feel during the shoot.
Being in front of a lens can be awkward, right? Not with Spencer. He's got this knack for making you feel like you're just hanging out, and the pictures turn out so natural and authentic.
AND get this – Spencer's a true New Yorker at heart. So not only does he take amazing photos, but he knows all the cool spots in the city.
He suggested places that totally matched my vibe, and it added a whole new dimension to the whole photo session.

I appreciated not just the awesome pics but also Spencer's attention to detail and professionalism. You can tell he loves what he does, and it reflects in every shot.

Long story short, if you want a photographer who's not only crazy talented but also makes the whole experience a blast, Spencer's your guy.

Spencer is an incredible artist, particularly behind a camera. As someone who was not that comfortable with their photo being taken, he is very patient, gives good direction, and comes up with cool and innovative ideas on how to create a vibey, but natural setting, and make you look your best.

Highly recommend!!!

Q&As

A good photographer can take your picture, but a great photographer can capture your personality, and thats a huge difference in how the photo turns out. I enjoy taking photos that are human, consistent, flattering and make people feel good about themselves.

Anyone who's looking for a photographer will probably have some ideas of what they want their project to look and feel like. I would suggest using a photographer's portfolio as a gauge to see if that lines up with your expectations. So firstly I would ask, what's the most important result of the shoot? Clearly communicating your expectations will help me deliver exactly what you want!

I love working with people who have all types of experience shooting photographs. Each client with different experience levels provides a different kind of satisfaction. For example, someone who has never shot professional photos will be enamored by everything you do! On the other hand, its great working with an experienced client who can push you to take risks during the session and get really different pictures. But it's always the people, for me.

I've just been shooting for 20 years and can't stop.

Well, I definitely have quite a bit of experience versus many of my peers, for starters. But, I think the real reason you would want to work with me is that I deliver great photos consistently. Anyone can capture a great photo with a little luck, but it takes a seasoned pro to be creative AND consistent.

I can shoot some remote product work, but I do not have my prices online for tabletop work as it is far more involved.

If anyone has any preferences on this, I'm happy to talk about it and accommodate.
