Carollo Catering

Since our family is spread across several states, we pick a date for all of us to get together to celebrate the holidays. And we are so busy in our lives, that having this party catered is the only option . We selected Carollo Catering. After seeing their food presentation on their website and looking at their menu offerings, I knew Carollo Catering was for us. They provided everything they said they would -- and generous portions. We have picky eaters and their outstanding cooking won everyone over! We selected two chicken dishes and one pasta dish, along with an antipasti. We just had Janice cater an event for 20 guests in our home. Everyone is still raving about the food. Everything was absolutely delicious and everything on our menu was worthy of high praise. However, her beautiful Antipasto Platter and the Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Cold Thai Noodles were simply outstanding. I would never have even considered the Asian Chicken with Thai noodles for my menu, but I heard how good it was, and I’m thrilled we selected it. It is very obvious that Janice uses only the highest quality products and has a great presentation. My husband is Italian and is very particular about his meatballs, and he savored every bite of her Hawaiian meatballs. Janice was very accommodating and I won’t have another party without her!!! There's always trepidation trying something new especially for an anniversary party. Janice prepared two meat and two pasta dishes for me and they were outstanding. I've received many compliments on the food. Best of all she was prompt and the food was partially warmed like she stated in the beginning when I first contacted her. She's not my favorite yet but she will be after I try her cooking a couple more times and it's consistent but she's well on her way. Thanks!!! More...
