Carl was excellent with communication and working with my family. I wanted someone who was going to give us direction for poses and he did that. He was patient with my littles (age 1 and 2) who sometimes were less interested in taking pictures. We received great photos! I had a session with Carl in December 22 . I paid 300.00 and received 24 photos . When I asked about when I should receive my photos He told me that there were people ahead of me give him time . I think I got access 10 days later . Ok I understand you are swamped . Well he didn't get ( or save) any photos of my husband and myself . Only one of me and my children . To make it right he offered half of my money back and another photo shoot . I got the money he promised . He is too busy for any more pictures . Now he has a nasty attitude with me . It's ok More...
