What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
ONE THING. Putting the person at ease! Once I have that going, the rest is easy, the pictures are more natural, more real and you will love the portraits!
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I am all about finding unique places for portraits, so I would ask what they are most interested in: Urban, folksy, woods or park-setting. I'm willing to go pretty much anywhere to create a portrait experience not like everyone else!
What do you love most about your job?
I'm a people person, I'm ALL about the people I get to work with, I sort of make everyone my best friend before, during and after the shoot!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been running small at-home businesses for many years now, several of which needed higher level photography, this was the natural extension of what I was already doing. And so much the better to be able to photograph beautiful people and families. :)
