With the pending birth of my first child, I started looking for photographers in the area. I wanted a photo session soon after he was born. I weighed having the hospital do it, or finding someone. After speaking with the photographers, I knew what my decision was. We spent the money and got a full year for our son. The best investment ever! We have had 7 sessions with them so far. We have more amazing quality photos than I will ever be able to share. They are the most flexible photographers! Most of the shoots have TWO!! Yes Two!! Photographers. If we get our pictures done quick we don’t stay the whole time, but if our son is giving us issues, we may stay a little later. They make very clear the expectations of the session. We have had sessions with just our son, or the whole family. We have done in studio, Yes they have there own studio, or we have done an out door shoot. None of this comes with an extra cost. To say this has been the best experience ever, is going lightly on the praise. If people are upset, they want something for nothing. With Capture a moment, you get more than you pay for. Love, love, love them!!! We have been using them for all of our pictures for more than 4 years now. We always have so many pictures to choose from that we love, that I usually just end up buying the whole session. We just had pictures with them again today and had another wonderful experience. My husband and I had originally taken our son to JC Penny for his newborn pictures and had received the worst customer service not to mention the pictures were horribly taken. We were not taken at our appointment time, they took a walk in five mins before my appointment. The girl put all our props into one picture, rushed us through changing clothes, when my son got fussy she made rude comments like I told your parents not to change your clothes, she even disappeared at one point. I was so upset I left in tears from the horrible experience, I have never been treated so badly. When I got home I decided to find another place to do my sons pictures and that's when I came across Capture A Moment Photography and I have to say just from making the call it was already a much better experience then what I received at Jc Penny. My husband and I decided to do a full session of 90min and we could do anything we wanted with our 90mins, from changing clothes and props or just sitting and waiting to get a smile out of my little boy,it was our time and they made our time feel important. I will definitely be continuing to get pictures and recommending Capture A Moment Photography. Very creative and comfortable to be around. My photos turned out better than I could have hoped and I will cherish them forever. I went a little overboard and framed what most would consider a ridiculous amount of them, but hey, it's my house, right? And just as importantly, Jen and Angela were always there to answer questions almost immediately and provided photos within their original estimate, and the final dvd was sent within days of my order. From the moment Angela held my 6-day-old baby I knew, she was to be his photographer for life! We purchased a 1 year package right after his newborn session because we were so IMPRESSED with Capture a Moment Photography. We are 6 months in now and absolutely LOVE working with Angela and Jennifer. They are both so professional, kind, and caring. Our baby loves his photo sessions every month and we love seeing him grow through the BEAUTIFUL pictures they capture! I am so lucky to have met Angela and Jennifer, I can't imagine ever going anywhere else. They are worth every penny, if not more! I usually schedule 30 minute sessions, and if it's a special occasion I'll do the 90-minute session... but either way they always capture so many cute shots and different outfits!
