I ordered a two meat dish. My two choices were ribs and brisket. Both meats were tender. The brisket had some fat on it which made it nice tender and juicy. The ribs we're flavorful. I used both of their barbecue sauces. The classic was a basic BBQ sauce. I tend to prefer a sweet BBQ sauce and had no sweetness. And put it over the ribs. I also decided to add an extra meat of half a link of kabosa sausage. It had nice flavor and was very juicy. I would suggest getting small portions and a few different types of meat to sample several items. it is cafeteria-style so it didn't take long to sit down and eat. I had the green beans and red potatoes for the sides.The green beans were good with nice broth. But really mushy. and I am one that tends to like my green beans well done but these were really mushy. it would be expected if it were at the end of the night, but I happened to walk in within an hour of them opening. Love their meaty ribs!! Their ribs are great. Just writing this review makes my mouth water for a rack!! I like mine wet and they do furnish their sauce on to go orders. You can't go wrong on their ribs.

Made a visit to this location late at night and the meat flavors still impressed me. While going late at night means they were missing a lot of sold out side dishes, I would still recommend going as Sunday offers 50% off meals right before closing. The Turkey was awesome, it fell right apart and has a powerful wood flavor on the outer part. The cole slaw is better at other BBQ places but the carrots were on point.Their BBQ sauces are up there on my list for great taste. I wouldn't choose them first, but they definitely have a great smokey flavor, not that spicy tho. Went with a friend and we both enjoyed it. This is not your typical resturaunt were one sits down and orders. Instead, the person goes to a counter and can choose the food they want. The service was really fast and the food was really good. Sampled "Pete's Plate" which had a little bit of everything to sample; my personal favorite was the ribs. They meat fell right off the bone. Absolutely the best bbq in the Valley. Four of us ate there a few months ago and were very impressed with the brisket, pulled pork, and chicken as well as every side we tried. Nothing ordinary about anything. When it came time to cater my daughter's backyard wedding reception, we chose Can't Stop Smokin'. The wedding was yesterday, and the food was excellent. I wish they had a location closer to Scottsdale, but it's well worth the drive to Chandler, if you're serious about smoked meat. More...

Great experience! This is the type of restaurant where you order at the counter and then take it to go or sit down in their restaurant. The server behind the counter was knowledgeable and patient (the are a lot of different meat options). He gave great recommendations on which to try for our first visit (they do give samples - hint, hint). We bought a dinner for 4 and then took all the leftovers home. Yummy. The food and customer service here are great. The servers in the back serving address you as if you are in a fine dining facility.
