Camp Bow Wow Brentwood

When I picked my dog up he seemed very traumatized and he used to love staying at his old place in Utah. His blanket was soaking wet and his bed had smears of dog feces on it. I asked them to just go ahead and throw his blanket away. I had to also throw his bed away. They told me he was able to get out of his cage with his nose which was raw and bloody. I spoke to the owner who said next time he could stay in the special room with a lock but why didn't she let him stay there this time. She knew he was using his nose to open the cage why not remedy the situation. I really feel bad for leaving my dog there and got a bad feeling when picking him up. So sorry this has happened and I will never keep my dog there or recommend it for any pet. More...

Boarded my almost 3 year old great dane and it seemed like she had a wonderful time! She was very happy and relaxed when we picked her up. Staff is quick to respond and seem very attentive to the dogs. I also loved that I could watch her on the dog camera. :) More...

I wouldn't give it a single star but I had no choice! The employee  by the name of Ashley or so she said that was her name, She was extremely rude, I walked in to see what Bow Wow was all about after seeing great reviews and FB posts. . Well that was a huge mistake she has absolutely Zero manners!! Zero customer service skills she should not be the one who greets potential customers or anyone for the simple fact that she made me feel like I was stupid as I asked her question about boarding and day care!!! This is her job not mine!! If you can't treat Humans with respect what make you think I would ever leave my dog in Their care?  NEVER WILL I EVER USE OR REFER BOW WOW TO ANYONE! super disappointed, I will use another service in Brentwood instead. We had to board our dogs while we went on vacation and this place was perfect!! They had cameras so I could check in on them to see how they're doing. They got to play with other dogs and every time I looked at then they were jumping and running around with other dogs. They even groomed and cut their nails for us. I will definitely be returning here when I go on vacation and they need a place to stay. More...

My pug, Bean or Beanie Boy as he is affectionately known at CBW, spent a fun filled week here last week. I can't say enough good things about this camp, it's owners and employees! I never had a doubt that Bean was in good hands and I could open an app and watch him on camera being his playful silly self any time I wanted. I booked him for another week in August and I'm sure he cannot wait to go back! Highly recommend this camp for anyone who cares about having their dog in a facility that truly puts the fur babies first! More...

My husband and I were looking for a new place for our dogs to play and stay and came across Camp Bow Wow. We immediately called to inquire about their facility and spoke to the owner who was very nice and informative. We later set a date for our dogs "interview" to introduce them to the facility, staff, and other dogs. They require them to stay there for a minimum of three hours and it is free of charge. The best part about it all is that you are able to download the app so you can watch your dogs play in the play yard on their camper cams!  Today, we brought our dogs in and stepped into the facility, which was very clean and inviting. We were greeted by Jamie who was super friendly and we instantly knew our dogs were in great hands. Another one of the staff came to introduce herself to our puppy and she was very friendly as well. We left having no reservations or worries as we felt very comfortable that our dogs were going to be well taken care of. You can tell at Camp Bow Wow that they love dogs and are going to provide excellent care to your fur babies while you are away. More...

My 2 Boston Terriers love their home away from home!They get to play with new friends and get tons of energy out!I feel great knowing they are in a loving and caring environment.  Peace of mind!Highly recommend

I took my dog in for boarding last weekend. Everyone from start to finish was very knowledgeable and polite. The facility is very clean and well taken care of including all the dogs. They have cameras where you can watch the play areas, it was really comforting to know if she was in such good hands because this was the first time I've ever left her.
