We hired Calecco Construction to do a significant remodeling of our house (kitchen, three bathrooms, room layout alterations, etc,). From the outset, during the estimation phase, we were impressed by the professionalism shown by Murad, his knowledge and the many suggestions he made to improve the design. Once the construction started the high quality of workmanship of his team was quite evident. During construction several unforeseen issues arose due to the old age of our house and as a result several design changes were required. Murad was very helpful and responsive in handling these issues. Due to these unforeseen requirements the project was somewhat delayed as work crews had to be re-assigned but it was still completed in a reasonable time frame. Calecco Construction recently completed a full remodel of my rental unit and I'm extremely happy with the results. They were able to work with my schedule being out of town most of the time and completed the project on time.
Excellent communication and updates throughout the process and Murad and the team were a pleasure to work with. They really exceeded expecations in every way.
What's more impressive is that I found them via a random Yelp search. They were one of the few contractors that offered a 'schedule estimate' via Yelp and were extremely efficient and timely from the start. They also have a very nice social media presence so I knew they stood behind their work. Definitely a nice touch in the digital age especially since I was away most of the time and was able to follow progress online.
Murad is a pleasure to work with and everyone I met on the team were also very professional and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that is looking for a reliable contractor.

My husband and I called Calecco Construction a week ago to get an estimate for various projects we were thinking about for our home. Aram was very professional as we discussed what could be done. We really appreciated his honesty and he responded back with an estimate very promptly. The painters came out a couple days later and we couldn't be happier with the result! And it only took two days! Along with the house painting, Calecco created a customized shelve for our cluttered garage. It only took a day and it looks great! Most people probably know how difficult it is to find a descent contractor that doesn't take you for a ride!Calecco are the group you certainly TRUST! I called for a quote, not expecting much and Andre came out to the site. He was extremely professional and honest. I didn't get any nonsense from him and he was direct and to the point.He even suggested alternatives that would be more cost effective to me!The work completed was A1! My wife and I bought our first home and this was our first time doing any renovation work- so my wife and we're looking for someone that could handle everything headache free. Andre (Calecco) was that and more. He basically went out of his way to make sure we were happy the entire time. Much gratitude to Andre and his team for all the work they did on our home in the middle of the hot summer. We got bids from 3 different contractors and Andre by far was the most professional and responsive, which is why we went with him. Â Their team always kept on schedule, which I hear from others is rare. We had a bathroom added to our home with a few other minor additions, and everything turned out beautifully. Andre always went above and beyond, even if it wasn't a part of the contract / responsibilities. I was long over due on doing a addition/ remodeling project on my house. I decided last September 2014 to get the ball rolling. I was refereed to CALECCO by a neighbor of mine which had a kitchen remodel done by them and was very happy. I had Andre come out and I went over what my plans were and what I had envisioned (which was apparently not allowed by our city due to set backs and a few other regulations). Even though I was initially bummed out, Andre was quick to offer solutions that met the cities guidelines, which meant part of my addition would be 2 stories, to allow room for my master suite. I decided to hire the Architect he recommended (who I was also very pleased with). They prepared the plans worked out all the details with me and got approval from the city. The scope of our project was; adding a master suite, enlarging the family room, kitchen remodel, powder room remodel, new driveway and some other misc. work. Thats when Andre and his crew started our project. Off course since my house is a 60 year old house there was some unexpected surprises but Andre handled everything very well with minimal cost. I was pleased with every aspect of there work, from customer service to the quality of the work preformed. One thing I was really impressed by is the attention to details. Andre would spend so much time talking to me about little design elements, how to position the lights, where to put switches, all things which I thought were pointless at the time. But now I realize all those little things really do add up to make a great finished product. All around it was a pleasure working with Calecco, I have heard so many contractor horror stories and am super glad I made the decision to go with them. We needed to have some major work done on our house, allot more then a minor renovation. The scope of work was briefly as follows; demolition of about 500 sq.ft. of our existing house, structural reinforcement of what was left of our house, a 1500 sq ft addition including adding a second floor on a portion of our existing house, gutting out everything from plumbing to windows, moving our garage back about 50 ft. and a bunch of other work. So pretty much a large size project. I just moved to California so was very very careful on vetting my contractor. I called a few people and was later referred to CALECCO by a friend of mine who had done a project with them and was pleased. Andre came by, took my plans and made a photo copy and called me back in about a week to review things. This is when I knew he was my guy, he met with me and had a list of suggested changes (keep in mind this was before I had given the project to him). He had different recommendations from layout of bathrooms, to location of lights, a few structural changes (which helped bring down the cost of framing). He also presented his estimate, which was a right between the 2 other estimates I had received. I decided to go with CALECCO and got to say, best decision ever.
