Caitlin’s Living Photography exceeded all expectations! With a destination wedding during the COVID January surge, she could’ve easily canceled.
Instead, they flew out of a blizzard to make sure our special day was successful. They even flew in a day early just to make sure they would be there. I feel incredibly blessed that I stumbled upon their website. My photos are absolutely stunning. I’m just in awe. I couldn’t believe she could deliver so many absolutely perfect photos so quickly! She takes great pride in her work and it truly shows! Caitlin was kind to both families and put everyone at ease. They went out of their way to provide what I asked for. We were thrilled with her knowledge from the moment she arrived. They were incredibly calm, organized, and prepared for everything on the day of the wedding. They’re very professional and immensely talented at what they do. I loved their shooting style and how Caitlin expertly guided us to the correct pose. They made us look incredible and relaxed during a very stressful time. They were also so kind and easy to work with. They showed an extraordinary amount of patience. I know my husband isn’t the biggest fan of taking photos, but he looks so happy and relaxed in every photo they provided. Kim did an amazing job on all of her photos. She truly caught the ambiance of the reception. She was very dedicated to get just the right photo and it shows, they’re exquisite!
The highlight video is better than I ever dreamed it could be. It’s perfect. Within 30 seconds of it starting I already had tears in my eyes. Courtney captured so many incredible moments. And the picture is stunning! Her attention to detail is superb. I love how she included subtle easter eggs throughout the highlight video. There are so many! I’ve never felt so beautiful in my life, she made me feel like I was in one of the promos for the Bachelorette. I felt like a star. She turned two very stiff people into natural and relaxed lovebirds. I’m in awe of the flawless transitions. She did an incredible job splicing the sermon and readings in the highlight video. It's truly seamless. It was absolute perfection and flowed beautifully. I love that she was able to capture the vibe of the reception. I will forever remember how much fun it was and how everyone was still dancing until the very end. Courtney is incredibly talented at what she does and was a dream to work with. I’m so thankful she also provided a video of the entire ceremony. She did an amazing job capturing all the special moments. I’m extremely glad we have all of the speeches! Courtney even reached out to me a few months after the wedding and asked if I wanted all of the raw footage she took before she cleaned her computer for the next season. I’m unbelievably grateful she gave me this option. All of the video is spectacular. Her work is absolute perfection. The highlight video was so much more than we could’ve ever dreamed!
The best decision of my entire wedding was Caitlin’s Living Photography. I had searched for months to find the perfect photographer for my wedding because the pictures were so important to me. I would choose Caitlin’s Living Photography again and again. Out of all of the zillion other little decisions I had to make over the course of 14 months, there is no doubt in my mind that choosing them as my photographer and videographer was the absolute best, most important, and most impactful decision I made for my wedding.

It might be hard to fit all of the wonderful things about Caitlin and her team in 3,500 characters!! I cannot recommend them enough- you will not regret it if you chose to book them.
We had the pleasure of booking Caitlin and her team for photography and videography services for our wedding. Leading up to the wedding we did engagement and Christmas card shoots with Courtney and Caitlin and both shoots were fun, professional, relaxed and resulted in the most beautiful photos turned around timely. It was also so awesome to get to the know the team prior to the wedding day.
The services we received at our wedding BLEW US AWAY though! It was nothing short of incredible. Again, the team was prompt, professional, fun, put us at ease when doing posed shots, and at some points in the day they must have simply melted into the background because they got the most beautiful candid shots and we didn't even realize they were there! They were everything you would want out of a team on the day of the wedding. Caitlin was also instrumental in helping me build a timeline for or wedding day and helped to keep us on track. We received our full gallery and our videography EXTREMELY timely. It was so wonderful to relive all of the moments on our honeymoon. All of our family and friends were completely blown away by the quality. We also truly learned the value of booking an entire team to cover both photography and videography as they were completely in synch throughout the day, communication and coordination appeared effortless. This continuity and coordination was obvious in the final product as well.
As a bonus Caitlin also maintains a list of vendors she has worked with in the past and highly recommends, as well as a ton of experience and advice on locations to take photos around the burgh.
I will truly miss working with Caitlin and Team and we can't wait to book future family photo sessions.

We were lucky enough to have Kimberly photograph our wedding back in October. Working with Caitlin’s Living Photography was the smoothest process out of all of our vendors and the photos turned out absolutely beautiful.
As two embarrassingly awkward people, my husband and I were very nervous posing for our wedding photos. Kimberly not only made the entire experience run smoothly, but made it fun and enjoyable.

Kim photographed our wedding in September 2021 and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. When looking back at our wedding photos, we wanted something timeless and didn’t want anything overly edited which is why we were initially attracted to Caitlin's Living Photography.
When I first reached out, Caitlin was so responsive and called me right away. She was personable and I felt right at ease as she was talking me through timelines and her photography style. As soon as I booked our wedding day, she sent a welcome package with tips on your wedding day that I found so helpful! Without a wedding planner and not getting the full-day photography package, I was very concered about the timeline and making sure we had enough time for everything. The day of was just as hectic as I was afraid it would be. We actually had to make last minute changes the day of the wedding and the lighting was less than idea but Kim was so flexible and helpful with all the chaos. I got my wedding gallery back within a week which is crazy! All the photos were beautiful and I'm so happy with how they turned out. I would highly recommend!

When searching for a wedding photographer, my husband and I were looking for photos that were colorful, but not overly edited.
We wanted our photos to look authentic. I work in senior living, and I always love looking through my resident’s wedding photos with them. I wanted to be sure to have photos that were timeless, not trendy. After searching through portfolios for weeks, we decided on Caitlin’s Living Photography. This was one of the best decisions we made. We worked with Courtney and Kim for our engagement shoot, I did a boudoir shoot with Kim, and Caitlin and Courtney shot our wedding, and we loved all three of them. Our wedding day flowed beautifully, and we even ended up ahead of schedule and had time to relax with our bridal party before our reception started.
When we got our photos back (a week later, as promised!) I screamed. They were everything I hoped for and more. Looking back through them, I can feel all of the love that our day held.

I can't say enough nice things about CLP.
Finding a photographer was pretty much the one things I knew was going to be difficult just because they're all expensive (with good reason!
). I reached out to Caitlin on a whim with budget and personal information, and she put together packages that were unique to us, what we needed for the day, and our budget. So don't hesitate to use that contact button on their website!
Then throughout, we had a great photographer - Courtney. She was so nice each session (we had an engagement session and then our wedding session) and so easy to work with each time. She was so patient with our fur baby during the engagement session and the distractions, and fell right in with our (loud) group during the wedding.
The photos turned out wonderfully and we love both sets. Would definitely recommend CLP for your big day, and we intend to use them again in the future for anything special!

The most important thing to us when picking our wedding photographer was the photography style. Courtney and Caitlin truly capture every moment in such a beautifully real and artistic way. Our candid shots along with our posed ones are truly stunning. Even planning our whole wedding through Covid, they were reassuring and accommodating the entire time. They think of every single detail and execute with such class and style. They made the planning process so easy with their timeline guides and questionnaires. After the wedding, we were blown away at their turnaround time for our pictures. We had them all within a week of our wedding! Incredible. Choosing a wedding photographer and videographer is such a crucial part of your day because it’s how you will reminisce from years to come! When we were searching we wanted someone who had wonderful lighting, who was knowledgeable but also very personable. Cait, Kim, and Courtney did not disappoint! They truly captured our day perfectly! To all the little details to making sure every family member was captured to finding the best lighting and most importantly capturing our love! They are truly so talented and such a wonderful team to work with. We almost ran out of daylight (being that we got married in November) and they knew exactly what to do to make sure we were able to get photos in time! We trusted them wholeheartedly. Can’t say enough good things about Caitlin and Courtney! Choosing our photographer was one of the more intense vendor searches we did, and what stood out to us immediately about Caitlin was the high quality and high speed of her service. She was quick to respond to all our emails and questions, and had great recommendations and forms to keep us organized. When COVID happened we ended up moving our wedding out by a year, and Caitlin was super helpful and understanding, minimizing the stress of having to rearrange everything. She also got all of our photos and videos back to us quickly, from our engagement photos to our wedding photos. Caitlin and Courtney were prompt on the day of our wedding, and kept everyone organized so we could focus on the day and the celebration, rather than who was being photographed when. It rained on our wedding day, but Caitlin and Courtney were prepared for anything, and helped us capture some amazing photos despite the challenging weather conditions. Absolutely wonderful! Caitlin and Courtney were everything we could have wanted on our wedding day and much more. They made the day flow easily and created a stress free environment. We looked at different portfolios from various photographers and Caitlin’s was the best fit for us. Finding a photographer for our wedding was one of the more arduous vendor searches as there are just so many photographers and portfolios out there which vary wildly in quality and consistency.
We were so relieved and excited when we finally talked to Caitlin since something just ‘Clicked’ [pun most definitely intended] between her style and ours. Now, after the Big Day has come and gone, we are so thankful that we chose Caitlin’s Living Photography for our wedding photos and video. Caitlin and Courtney were wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. Even though we had to postpone our wedding by a year due to COVID and make other changes at the last minute. Caitlin was always responsive, helpful, and proactive.
What makes Caitlin’s Living Photography a truly professional outfit is more than just the photos themselves. The care and attention they took to making sure everything and everyone was in place on the day-of is second to none. In the whirlwind of emotions, to-dos and general revelry of the wedding, they were always where they needed to be and made sure we were where we needed to be at any given time. Everything was done in a practiced and gentle manner; no stress, no BS.
In terms of overall look and attention to detail in the photos, we have nothing but excellent things to say. Caitlin’s style of editing is clean, well balanced, and free of any gimmickry that doesn’t make for better photos. We didn’t want anything overly cinematic or otherwise hyper-stylized (not that that would be “wrong”, it’s just not our cup o’ tea) we just wanted honest, gorgeous looking photos and that is exactly what we got. From the initial capture to the final print, Cait and Courtney have fine attention to detail and a great eye for color and composition. On top of everything our edited photos were sent to us not even a week after our wedding! If you want gorgeous photos and above-and-beyond service from your photographer you can’t go wrong with Caitlin’s Living Photography.

We cannot say enough about this incredible team! From the start, Caitlin was prompt, thorough, and genuine in all of her efforts to help get us to our big day.
Due to COVID, we postponed (a few times!) and she was both incredibly accommodating and comforting as we navigated an unknown Plan B.
Leading up to the wedding, Caitlin sent helpful tips, blogs, reminders, and schedules. These efforts were above and beyond and truly made us feel that we were in the best of hands. The day of, Caitlin and Courtney brought a sense of calm to what is typically a hectic whirlwind. They were flexible, patient, and understanding, but always kept us moving and on schedule. They handled questions and our picture-taking grandmas with grace and we were so grateful that any request we had, they made it happen! We felt that they were truly invested in us and in our day and it was very apparent that they have a passion for what they do and for the people they work with.
Caitlin and Courtney beautifully captured every part of our day, they didn’t miss a moment. Our other vendors actually reached out in the days to follow specifically to express how much they enjoyed working with this team, as well. That is a true testament to their professionalism, quality of work, and friendliness.
For as happy as we were with the presence they had during our day, we were just as thrilled with the results! The photos are beautiful and we received them so quickly. We are so grateful to Caitlin and Courtney for being part of our day!

Can’t say enough great things about Caitlins Living Photography to capture our wedding day. Not only did Cait work with me after a few date changes thanks to COVID, she was more than willingly to travel all the way to Kentucky when we had to change locations and states 80 days out! Her response times were quick and answered all my questions and always put me at ease, so important when working with wedding vendors! She was so easy to work with and eliminated so much stress for me on the big day. Cait & Kim were efficient and made everyone feel comfortable. I had a large wedding party so it was important that things ran on time and smoothly and they made sure it did. Caitlin and Courtney are the best, they make you feel so comfortable and special! They made our day so seamless and perfect. Leading up to the day Caitlin was so helpful with tips and tricks for day of also helping with outline and timing of the day. She goes above and beyond for her clients. The day of I was so anxious about getting pictures done in time for the reception/ceremony. Caitlin and her team took away all my stressors and made it FUN! We had so much fun getting ready with them. They are truly just so sweet and fun to work with. We did not do a first look and I was worried this would leave us with less time for photos. But instead we were able to get all the family and friends photos as well as mine and my husband’s done in perfect timing to the minute for entrance into reception. My favorite parts of the day were when Caitlin, at the end of our formal photos, had me and my husband take a minute close our eyes and think about everything it took to get this day and all our friends and family and how lucky we are. It makes me cry even now writing it still. Courtney also took us for a moment to read our letters to one another which was such a special moment of us alone. It was perfect from the dancing to the sparkler exit they were incredible. You can tell they want to make sure we not only have the best pictures and video but that we truly enjoy every second of our day. We will be using them for all of our photo needs from now out.
