Horrible, horrible, horrible all around. THE NERVVEEE of these people. My family friend was hosting a graduation party and the food was supposed to come to the event at 1 pm. THEY DID NOT GET THERE TILL 5. They kept telling use they need 30 more minutes. They lied saying they had the food ready every time we asked, and lied whenever we asked if they were almost there. The chicken was dry and majority of them were BURNT!! The Mac and cheese was EXTREMELY watery and they didn’t even use the right noodles. And also, By the time they got to the event we already bought other food. They tried to get us to pay them in full and we told them they need to take money off and they had the nerve to try and argue about it. Then when we told them we would pay them the next day because they already put us through a lot of stress, they refused to GET OFF THE PROPERTY!!! Then to make matters worse, when the host left a review, THE CHEF CALLED AND THREATENED HER. Who do these people think they are???? More...

I placed an order and had to wait an hour and 45 minutes just to receive after I ordered in advance. It took her 20min just to bag the food 😂 I understand if your busy but if I’m placing an order in advance it should be ready when I get there not still be made and bagged and it wasn’t a lot of people maybe 1 person at a table . After she told me it would be ready in 30 minutes . It makes it hard to support black own businesses when the business is unprofessional. Terrible customer service, ordered at 9:59am was told I would get a call in 30min or to just come in. Pulled up at 11 order was not ready. It took an additional 22mins to “bag” the food up even after the urgency was expressed numerous times (had some place to go). The food was average but the customer service and the wait were horrible. I could’ve went to IHOP during busy times and got faster service. I love supporting black owned businesses but I expect good service and quality.
