Ok, if you’re in need of a catering company, you just found what I consider the best of the best. Tiffany just finished catering a high end motorhome rally in Plymouth Ca.
Most of my members are driving around in half million or more dollar motorhomes and are use to the finer things in life, including food. She catered three nights and two breakfasts for about 60 people. Her menu was amazing for both dinners and breakfast. She is on time, on budget, and one of the nicest, professional people that I know. My club will be using her for all my future rally’s that I can possibly fit into her busy banquet schedule 😎

Tiffany was so wonderful to work with and literally saved my fundraiser! Her and her staff were so professional and so kind and arrive promptly at the time she said she would! I told her my thoughts and ideas and she made them come to life, while assuring me everything was going to be just fine! The food was amazing, and everyone raved how good it was! RT catered our daughter's wedding on March 14th. The meal was excellent! I highly recommend it to everyone. The chicken was delicious! The mashed potatoes were awesome! I am so so sorry... I thought I did the right thing by trying to save the night bringing in new food, paying servers and bartenders to work longer hours. I have no idea what happened with that chicken it must have been bad when I purchased it. I have been buying chicken from the same place for years, I have since changed just from that one mishap. After years of catering this has never happened to us..... or since. it was really upsetting for us, but I can only imagine how you felt. Bringing in all new food at 500 dollars to get everyone fed was the only thing I could do.... I could not be more devastated. If you ever wanted to forgive me and give me another chance I would do any event for you or a friend at cost. Please accept my sincere apology honey. Please. More...

What’s your signature dish?
Grilled chicken with a white wine bacon sauce, steak house tri tip, served with garlic mash potatoes, grilled vegetables, house salad and garlic butter rolls. All made from stretch home cooking.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
All about timing and presentation. Taking what a client wants and doing it better. Learn from every event, can always learn something new. Listen to what people really want not just what they think they can do.
What do you love most about your job?
Making and exceeding clients expectations. Taking something that may be simple but making it look like it took hours to do. Never just do the minimal, always do more. My staff always performs at top speed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My father-in-law wouldn't take no for an answer. He wanted to do catering, taking my talent and turning it into family business that would be more affordable to the average person.
