If I could leave 6 stars, I would. I must say, dealing with Gabriel Isaza throughout my purchasing process these last few months has been nothing but a pleasure. He always went above and beyond to help me. I have never had to purchase building materials before and had NO idea how to buy or install a door, so when I was emailing him with hundreds of questions about measurements, rough openings, door design, and what the terminology on the quotes meant, he was SO patient and answered every single one with a professional demeanor. He got back to me quickly and always asked if I had any more questions. He has made this process easy for me, and I feel truly confident in my purchase. I was put on to Builders General 17yrs ago when I was just an apprentice. Making lumber runs for years, I got to know most of the people at BGS. Back then I got that family feel, and even more so today since I branched out on my own. I was always treated great, and staff would always go out of their way to help me in any way. Quality and service is why I keep going back(and the free beer at trade show). A true old school family business is hard to find these days.
