It's really amazing having a designer and contractor all in one. I really appreciated how Buddy listened exactly to what I wanted for my project and came up with very clever ideas for how to do it within our budget -- I think this is the real difference between him and many other designers/contractors I used before. He will help you use your old stuff in a new way or get, for example, cabinets from Ikea and redesign them so they look all fancy and unique! From Zen minimalism to the elegant classical, the combination of modern and antique masterfully blended and/or intuitively knowing and defining that individual look fitting your personal style... always making your dream a reality and more.

What inspired you to start your own business?
In 1994 when Soho was still burgeoning as an artistic and commercial haven, Buddy opened Cranberry Hole Road, the first antique shop/coffee bar in New York City. He painted an extravagant trompe l'oeil mosaic floor, which was soon to be a must see on Lafayette Street. The savvy and unusual array of furniture and decorative pieces attracted many famous faces, who traversed the premises and requested his services, from painting murals to designing their homes.

Having been in business for 20+ years now we have had the opportunity to serve many people, that also become friends by the time we are finished. We have successfully completed over 100 renovations in Manhattan, Brooklyn and the surrounding areas.

Great home staging creates a desirable home for a swift sale to potential buyers. Buddy Warren's focus is transforming every space into a welcoming and more valuable property. A successful job usually starts with decluttering, then creating a clean, beautiful and spacious look with savvy use of existing furnishings. All the principles of Holistic Interior Design from color to aroma will be followed.
