Buddy V’s Ristorante, located at the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian/Palazzo, is famed “Cake Boss” Buddy Valastro’s first restaurant venture. Created in partnership with established Las Vegas restaurateurs Kim Canteenwalla and Elizabeth Blau, Buddy V’s was inspired by the meals Buddy and his family love to cook at home. A celebration of the rich traditions of Italian American cooking, the menu offers creative and modern interpretations of family favorites and red sauce classics, complemented by a dazzling selection of desserts. An approachable wine list, signature cocktails, and great selection of beers are the perfect pairing to any meal.
