I contacted Chris at Brightbar electric to request a quote. He responded in less than an hour and arranged for him to stop by the next day. We discussed my need to upgrade a circuit in my breaker panel since my issue was the fuse kept tripping. He gave me a good price and I wanted to get the work done and we scheduled it a few days later. Chris and his partner Moe (not sure if spelled correctly) arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. They ran wire under my home from the living room to the breaker box. They cut into the wall to install a new outlet the wire attatched to and another area below the breaker box. They patched the wall up when finished and cleaned up the area better than it was when they started. I also had an issue with a switch that wasn't working properly. The switch controlled the garbage disposal. They replaced that for me with out increasing the original quote. So they actually provided that for free. It doesn't get any better than that. The work they did was truly professional and quick. They are both detail oriented. I highly recommend Brightbar Electric. I am glad I chose to use Brightbar and glad I met Chris. Our job was relatively small, but Christopher was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and communicative. We wanted some new plugs and some existing plugs grounded in our old house. He worked with us on a scope of work that fit our budget. He happily completed the work while we had a bunch of insulation guys in the house getting in his way. We used the Yelp link to contact Chris at Brightbar and he was super quick to respond.He arrived on time, quickly troubleshooted the issue we had with two adjacent light switches, and they work perfectly now.  He provided us with recommendations on what we can do to replace the exterior fixtures in the patio, so look forward to having him work on our next project!!  I love the fact that he has a passion for his work and has almost two decades of experience as he is a second generation electrician.We highly recommend Brightbar Electric! I could not give Christopher a high enough rating.  He responded to my request promptly.  Came to my home and presented me with a clear, explanation of the work needed.  His price estimate was very fair.  On the day scheduled, he called to let me know he would be late, even though it was really only about 10 minutes.  The work done is perfect. I contacted Brighbar via Yelp for an estimate to relocate a 240V outlet for my new range. Chris was prompt and courteous and completed the job quickly at a very reasonable rate.  I am a satisfied customer and will utilize Chris's service in the future.  If you are looking for a great electrician at a reasonable rate, look no further.  I am not sure why Yelp hasn't posted the many other reviews for this business but I would recommend looking at the other 13 reviews Yelp has not yet recommended (below). Chris did a quick job assessing the situation, finding the faulty afci outlet, replacing it, and putting everything in working order. We also discussed other projects I wanted to get done. In the last few years, before and after Christopher started Brightbar, I called him for several jobs (from replacing the bathrooms light fixtures, nest and ring installation, to a very annoying electrical issue trouble-shooting). He never disappointed me! He is hardworking and extremely professional ans his prices are very fair. I really appreciate the job Christopher did for me.  He responded to my initial request to fix a problem with the wiring of an overhead light fixture within 10 minutes and scheduled the job for the next day.  He arrived on time and was very friendly, explaining the process he'd need to complete the project.  Christopher is a knowledgeable electrician and showed his expertise with safety issues surrounding electrical work.  He was professional and used a program on his iPad to track the work, giving me an estimate, and sending a digital copy of the receipt upon completion of the job. We hired Chris to replace all the light fixtures in our home. He did a phenomenal job. He arrived right on time, made sure our floors were covered and protected, and got right to work. The result were beautifully installed lighting fixtures and new Lutron wifi light switches. The work was neat and he left the area as tidy as it was before. I cannot say enough about this company.
