I usually don't write many Yelp reviews, I only  write them when I really have a great great experience with a business, and therefore, I feel the need to spread the word.  I had a plumbing issue in my apartment the other day. I immediately reported it through the Brick and Mortar portal.  Knowing how propriety management operate I was very pleased when they called me back right away and worked around my schedule to schedule an appointment in order to fix the problem. I have had my property managed with Brick and Mortar since it's Inception and have worked with Eyal prior to that for years. He has gone beyond professional and really cares about his clients. He has the highest ethical conduct and I trust his word 100%. The post left from AJB is a disgruntled family member looking to hurt me, he doesn't own a property bring managed by Brick and Mortar, it's just a bogus complaint. I recently moved to a new place in San Francisco that is managed by Brick and Mortar Real Estate Services. I have lived in numerous places over the years and have dealt with numerous property owners, managers, and management companies. I would say that the folks at Brick and Mortar were among the most responsive and easiest to work with. From the very beginning I felt that they were interested in getting me into my new home as quickly and seamlessly as possible and that's exactly what happened. My application was approved quickly and I had the keys in my hands in short order. I requested a few minor touchups to my unit and those were also accomplished before I moved in. I spent 6 years with Alana, and I can't stress enough how wonderful it is to work with her, and the company in general. They're concise, abide by the tenancy rules to a T, take care of necessary home repair in a timely manner, and are fair. From the nightmare stories I've heard from SF, I was always thankful I never had to put up with that with this company. The review is long overdue ! I spent a bit less than 2 years in a apartment managed by Brick And Mortar and moved out at the end of last year. Easily the smoothest tenant/renting agency relationship I've ever had !I dealt with Alana and Eyal from the beginning, and let me tell you, they're awesome ! Eyal was nice and friendly, pretty understanding about our situation (out of states 1st time renters with no credit score ... renting in San Francisco) and was pretty helpful with the moving in-our procedures. The pre check out was very honest, I had a reasonable estimate of the repair cost and ended up paying even less than I expected.Alana is hands down the most helpful person I've ever worked with. She was always ultra responsive, and answered all my questions and request while I was renting the apartment, always trying to make things as easy as possible. She also went well further than the extra mile by helping me several times even after I moved out of the apartment. From letting me borrow the keys to access the mailbox due to a shipping mistake a couple weeks after I moved out, to coming down her office to meet me on the street and avoid me the parking spot finding hassle, or even helping out several months after we moved out sorting out an issue with leftover at&t hardware, calling the new tenants herself to help sort out this issue, I must say I m truly impressed by the level of customer service and care Alana provided from the first day of rental all the way till the end of the rental and then even some more. I truly wish that they would still be the renting agency for my new place, they made everything so easy every time, I can't recommend them enough !Keep up the great work guys, and Alana, thanks again for all the help you provided !Max. I heard about Brick and Mortar from my cousin since his investments are being managed by them. It was time for my 1st real Estate investment and I couldn't be any happier as I was very afraid and not experienced with how it all works. Eyal couldn't be anymore professional and made the whole process realy easy and basically did it all for me, and manage the property for me since.
