I will help you achieve your goal by offering 60, 45, and 30 minute, boxing inspired fitness classes. More specifically, hiit body-weight strength training and boxing combined. Dietary and nutritional advice is complementary.

A healthy diet is the platform from which you select the optimal strength and conditioning training regime. Eating clean(high fiber, low carbs, veggies,fruits, omegas etc), is the foundation to the body you want. Combined with an average of 30-45 minutes of low impact aerobic /anaerobic strength and conditioning a few times a week, a clean diet will get you the body you want.
