Body O.N.E. Fitness caters to individuals of all fitness levels from beginner to elite athlete. Locally, we offer small group, semi-private, and one-on-one fitness training as well as HIIT Cardio, Spinning, and Boxing classes. We also offer online services utilizing a variety of technology to conduct online personal training sessions and classes, perform nutrition and accountability consults, and provide workout programming for you to do on your own.

I recently started working out at Body ONE. This gym is different from others in that they have 30 minute classes you can sign up for in advance or join in at the last minute, depending on your schedule. It is unique in that there are not traditional weight machines and I like that because you don't have to worry about adjusting seats, remembering how to use the machines, waiting for someone to finish and wasting time. We use weights in the classes, other equipment and our own body weight to work out. They also change it up to keep it interesting. 1st place Tri Key West Multi Race Sprint Duathlon Age group 50-54. This was not possible without my BODY O.N.E Family. The great strength and cardio workouts really pushed me to my 1st place finish. Thank you Edward and Phyllis Cabrera for the positive encouragement and grinding in my mind I could place 1st in this race. Let me start by saying I hate(d) lifting weights, but it is scientifically proven to increase your metabolism, which is beneficial if you're trying to lose weight and maintain muscle. So, that said, I started going to Body O.N.E. to get the motivation I needed to improve my overall fitness (toned body) and nutrition (weight loss) goals. The trainers post a new and unique strength/HIIT session on the board every day and coach you along the way to ensure you establish proper form with the appropriate weight for your fitness level. Love the place. If you are a person who dreams of a slim, well-shaped figure, but has no motivation to exercise and no idea how to exercise effectively - this gym is created for you, believe me ! !! Every day BodyOne Team prepares a new set of HIIT Cardio and Strenght exercises. You will exercise with a trainer who will show you how to do those exercises correctly, to get the desired effect. Exercises are conducted in small groups. Very rich equipment of the gym gives the possibility of a variety of exercises. For me, as an inexperienced person in fitness , what I like most is the fact that you don't have to do anything yourself. The trainer trains with us, shows everything. Body-One is a great place too get back in shape I have came from a small town Levittown PA and I have been here for a month now and I have gained 12 pounds already and bulking up very fast ecpsecially with the boxing classes here as well great trainers and a great habitat!!!

Great fitness and nutrition program that has proven results. I have been going for about 3 weeks and the trainers are amazing! They motivate you and don’t allow you to quit! Not a gym where you go for free weights or to look at yourself. It's a solid fitness curriculum. As someone who spent years paying for a gym membership that I barely used, I was a little hesitant to join the program at Body O. N.E. After the first week, I realized that the program Phyllis and Edward have put together not only was motivational, but challenging and dare I say fun at the same time.

After the first month when I started seeing results I started looking forward to the "torture" of going the gym every day. The variety of the program keeps it interesting while the explanation of the exercises you do help you learn what you're doing at the gym.

I only regret not signing up with them earlier. I could not recommend their program enough. Over 20 pounds lighter, and what feels like 5x stronger, I can't thank the team at Body O.N.E. enough for everything they've done.

What I want from a trainer? Variety and Results! Push me hard but if you yell at me, I’ll want to punch you. Phyllis and Edward are like the tough coaches that push you hard, but are still fun and respectful.
I came to them looking for renewed motivation to work out: Mission Accomplished! In fact, they did me one better, they are helping me develop a healthier attitude towards my body and my motivations to exercise.
I never thought that these words would come out from my mouth, but .... I look forward to working out now! Five days a week they challenge me with an ever-changing variety of lunges, sit ups, weights, you name it - and keep me smiling and laughing throughout it all.
Make no mistake, Phyllis and Edward are the real deal. They are incredibly knowledgeable and will push you beyond your mental and physical limits. There's no question that they know exactly how to train you to get the most out of your body, mind and soul. They go above and beyond their commitment to their clients.
Phyllis truly cares about getting you healthy and has knowledge about diet and overall health that is a valuable pairing with the physical workouts she provides.
Phyllis and Edward are the very best personal trainers I've ever encountered. They are funny, warm approachable, demanding, rigorous and really know their stuff. You just can’t do any better.
I highly recommend them as trainers to both men and women! I'm so glad I found them.

We begin with a one-on-one consultation and fitness assessment to determine your goals and needs as well as your current fitness level. All of our programs include the three necessary components of any successful body transformation - fitness, nutrition, and accountability. We work with you individually with periodic goal reviews and fitness assessments to ensure that your goals are met in a timely manner. Our goal is to provide you with the tools for success until you no longer need us. If you stay on after you reach your goal it's only because you like us so much!

It's different for everyone, but in general, 75% nutrition, 15% resistance training, and 10% HIIT cardio. Plus the motivation, support, and accountability to ensure you adhere to your plan. There are lots of tips and tricks, but no one-size-fits-all plan.

We love helping people to achieve their goals and become happier with themselves.

We wanted to be able to help people on a deeper level not possible in the big box gyms we had worked in previously. The emphasis there was on the number of customers rather than on providing quality service. We had our own ideas about fitness, nutrition, and motivation and wanted the freedom to be able to implement those ideas.

You should choose us because we guarantee results. If you follow our suggestions for exercise, nutrition, and in some cases, supplementation, along with some basic lifestyle hacks (making sure you get enough sleep, for example) and you still don't get the results we promise in the allotted time period, we will work with you for free until you do!
