What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Taking a great photograph is a combination of:
•knowing exactly what your client wants to see
•having a great camera & lens, and more importantly knowing and using your equipment right
•being able to portray the emotion behind the shot: the love between a family, the romance of a couple, the pride of a senior, and the excitement of a concert
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What’s the occasion? What’s your style? Do you like posed or unposed photos? What are your favorite features, and do you have any insecurities? What are your favorite colors? Do you prefer the city or nature?
What do you love most about your job?
Becoming friends with my clients :) Also, seeing their reactions when they see their photos — there’s something so special and uplifting when the big reveal happens!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was encouraged to by some friends whose photos I’d been taking for fun. They said I had a real talent for photography and that it’s something I should share with the Central Oregon community (& beyond!)

Senior Photos
We will explore a few different spots in Bend to get unique, fun photos of you to celebrate your Senior year!! Bring a few different outfits, and props from your hobbies (ballet shoes, instrument, basketball, lettered jacket, dirt bike, etc.)
Lifestyle Photos
Lifestyle photos can mean a variety of things: families, couples, milestones, engagement, and more! I like to get a mix of candid/un-planned photos, as well as posed shots. I’ll make sure you get the style you want, whether that be romantic, editorial, edgy, or natural. We will make it fun and painless for all!
Concert Photography
Are you in a band? You definitely need a professional photographer at your show to capture all those special moments! From the head bangs, to the crowd surfers, and the energy from everyone enjoying the show — concert photography is one of my biggest passions. You’ll be so happy you have professional shots to show off your band & what a fun show you put on! I also offer collaborations for album artwork & promo material.
