This is my favorite place in GWS to eat lunch or breakfast, and hang out for coffee. The service is always awesome and fast, the food is delicious, they have tons of gluten free options, and the vibe is always sweet.

We visited earlier this summer on the unanimous recommendation of the employees at the Chocolate Moose ice cream shop, also in Glenwood Springs, where we'd enjoyed dessert the night before. And they were SO right - the Bluebird Cafe not only brews up phenomenal coffee, but they offer a range of amazing freshly-baked (on premises!) pastries, breakfast burritos, etc., including a selection of gluten-free items.
