Blue Phoenix Counseling provides a safe non-judgmental space to process and heal from life's challenges and trauma. It is my goal to assist you in finding a new perspective and wisdom that you can apply in your daily life to improve your overall happiness and wellbeing. We are in this together, and my approach is to meet you where you are and assist you in becoming your best self. Life's challenges and trauma can bring us down and hinder our spirit; dimming our light. Happiness is an inside job. In order for light to radiate throughout; it has to radiate from within. Blue Phoenix will assist you in finding your light. I am here to help you identify your inner strengths and innate resilience.
I have extensive experience in treating depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, recovery from domestic violence, and substance addiction. I am patient centered in my therapeutic approach. I'll meet you where you are in your personal journey and help you improve your mental health. This involves implementing one or more therapeutic methods to ensure each patient's individual needs are met. I am zealous in my pursuit to help improve the lives of others. My therapeutic approach is genuine and warm. My goal is for you to feel appreciated and seen for who you are. I focus on the importance of you feeling safe and supported throughout your treatment process. This includes an emphasis on you having a choice in your treatment needs.
