I needed dinner catered for my husbsnd's 55th birthday dinner. We were out of town guest do I was very nervous on who to trust with this special occasion. My entire immediate family came down to share in this moment. They made the process so easy and covered every detail. The food was DELICIOUS!!! Great selection. What’s your signature dish?
Since we don't just do BBQ, we have a lobster cake over tasso grits, topped with a crawfish beurre blanc sauce that is amazing!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We listen to what our clients want, and make sure they know we're here to make this process stress free for them!
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting people, and seeing them enjoy our food. Food should make people happy! Family, friends...sharing a meal.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 20 years in law enforcement, I wanted to keep going to help serve others. We are dedicated to making our guests' events special with wonderful food, and excellent service.
Why should our clients choose you?
We care about the client, not the sale. We can work with any budget. We don't want you to worry about your event, other than just enjoying the time.
