How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Our chef takes the time to get to know each clients likes and dislikes by either a quick chat or via our email questionnaire. From there we create a menu that is tailored to each individuals need and wants. We also have a standard seasonal menu available for inspiration.
What do you love most about your job?
Food is Chef Maya's passion. Every dish is created with love from the source to the plate. Her motto..
"I don't want to change the world, just the way it eats"
She has been cooking professionally for over 29 years and couldn't imagine doing anything else.
What inspired you to start your own business?
"When you spend a lifetime doing what you love for corporations and decide one day that it's time to do it for yourself, it changes you. You stop working on someone else's dream and start to realize your own."
