A dear friend of mine (Sherry) recommended Bikram Yoga to help with my healing from recent bilateral hip replacements. I was instantly welcomed into the group and have been made to feel a real part of the community. With both incredible instructors and awesome students, this is by far much more than a yoga class! Great no-frills studio with excellent instructors: they are kind, supportive and sometimes hilarious (which helps when you're struggling with a pose). The hardest part is getting yourself to class, even harder than balancing on one leg. The studio has a good vibe, thanks to the wonderful teachers and students who choose to practice there. I LOVE THIS STUDIO! This is where I bean my Yoga journey. The teachers are excellent, and your practice will deepen as you listen to the verbage and make adjustments that seem so very minuute that make a big difference.

I had a great class this morning with amazing teacher Spencer. They have everything you need there. Only rinse only shower and changing rooms though so your prepared. I am visiting from CA and this worked great. I forgot my bag for wet clothes and they had a plastic bag for me. Towels, water, electrolytes, mats. They have the cutest shirts for sale too for a fun souvenir. They are used to visitors. �Spencer was great with his kind service and is an awesome teacher. Great way to start my day. Mahalo and Namaste. I thought my edited review was posted, but it looks like it wasn't so I would like to add I was lucky to take class the following day and it is worth mentioning. Mark the owner was teaching. The class was great and if I could have, I would have taken a double. He was entertaining as well as a great teacher. I hope I get to visit again. Great studio! It feels like home to me when I'm visiting the big island. The yoga community here is friendly, the instructors are good, and they get the heat and humidity nearly perfect almost every class.
