-Client need and project types require different levels of services, therefore SCOPE OF WORK and FEES and will vary between architects and projects.

Q&As

We can provide services online/remote. If it is a renovation to an existing building, we will require a site visit or request a 3-d scan of the building.

We have a Screening protocol for any in-person meeting.

Services

-Design ground up buildings, additions, and renovations
-Interior Design/Space Planning
-Review, measure, document, and assess (E)existing conditions of buildings.
-Review and interpret code issues/zoning ordinances.
-Provide construction drawings for permitting bidding and construction.
-Coordinate with Surveyors, Civil engineers, Electrical engineers, Mechanical engineers, Structural engineers, and other outside consultants to assist in the design of your project.
-Review and communicate with General Contractor (GC) to assist in the construction of your project.
-Work on a broad range of commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
-Construction field reviews.
-Utilize 3-D BIM software.

It is the Client's responsibility to provide As-Built Plans or Surveys of the site.
If As-built plans or field documentation cannot be provided by Client, then the building must be field documented to the best of our ability for use in SCHEMATIC DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
If plans are not available, we may need to field measure the site or request a 3-d scan of the building.

We will use the FEILD DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED to create a SCHEMATIC DESIGN for use in CD.
This may take multiple revisions to meet client approval.
