I rented white garden chairs for my outdoor wedding ceremony in Davenport, IA from Big Ten Rentals. I paid extra to have them set-up/take-down the chairs. The reservation process was very easy and they arrived and set-up as planned. We paid a deposit a few months prior and then they allowed us to pay the remaining balance 1 day prior to wedding, which really helped us in case we needed to cancel last minute due to rain. We used Big Ten for ceremony chair rentals for our outdoor ceremony. From the initial quote to delivery and payment, they were very quick and courteous. Unlike their local competitors, they charged only one low fee for delivery and pick up (competitors charge both ways). They even delivered 2 days before the event (in a small trailer) and picked up 2 days after the event, so there was no rush to pick up or return. Fantastic. Perfect sized tent with tables and chairs. Plus was able to get a bounce house all from one company. They do our event every year. I've gone with another company here in Iowa City, and the tents were just not nearly as clean plus the people putting them up with that other company didn't really know what they were doing. Good costumer service and quick setup. I was actually worried that things wouldn't be setup in time for my event the next day.
