Brandon has been coming regularly to our home to help my father, who has advanced Parkinson’s disease. Brandon’s routine exercises have helped my father retain mobility and even helped improve it some. He had been doing some physiotherapy before but the active exercises that Brandon puts him through help him more. Brandon is super polite and has been able to let my dad work at his own pace but without compromising. We will continue to use Brandon as much as we can when my parents are in town. More...

Brandon is punctual and always ready to start training on time with our exercise routine. He designs the sessions to work on specific areas. Brandon challenges us and pushes
us to work harder, but made sure there are no issues or injuries. He had a thorough understanding of how the body works and knows all the rehab for each area. We always managed to work up a sweat and left each session feeling great.

I highly recommend Brandon and his team. The professionalism and passion for what they do is second to none. Thanks for everything we really enjoyed it so much!

I have been training with Brandon for about 6 months and it has been amazing. I have gained so much knowledge about strength trainin, and he helps you understand the why of everything he has you do. He has taught me the proper way to stretch and my flexibility has improved tremendously. I’ve gained more strength than I ever thought I would. Over the years, I had several personal trainers and Brandon by far the most effective trainer I have. N last six months we have made significant progress in our mobility, flexibility and overall fitness. His periodic assessment measures my progress which I can see clearly. He is very methodical where every session he pre-plans and takes notes during each sessions. I have not had a personal trainer who paid attention to the details as much as Brandon has. I am over 60 and not very physically fit.
I have not ever given review but first time I feel that his technics, his work ethics and hard work deserves this. I highly recommend for anyone to try out at least assessment.

The secret to achieving the body of your dreams is to own the basic fundamental shapes such as squatting, lunging, and single-leg stance. Before adding excessive load to a squat, we need to first clear up any mobility, stability, or movement literacy problems we may have as this will lead to the fastest results.

Exercise is the same if you go to the gym and look in the mirror you will see NOTHING so clearly, results can't be measured so we quit. With exercise, you can either train for 9 hours in one day and stress your Central nervous system, or get metabolically stressed, leaving you with serious injuries. Or you can train 1hr a day twice a week for a month, and I promise you there will be massive changes.

I love my job because I am able to see my clients do something they never thought was possible every single day! My passion for Health and fitness since my freshmen year of high school got me into personal training, but my client's constant improvement keeps me in it. This has driven me to be a personal trainer since I was a freshman in high school, my client's enjoyment and constant improvement are why I love my job.
