We manage 64 rental units currently throughout the Baltimore City and Maryland area including Prince Georges County, Montgomery County and College Park to name a few.

We charge competitive rates and are a small local based company that can offer you one on one services. Below are a few services that we do offer:

Interior/exterior inspections, tenant screening, marketing properties, showings of vacant units, financial reporting as well as bill payment (utility, condominium or homeowner association fee).

We do charge a leasing fee which is separate and apart from the property management fee. The leasing fee is 84% of the first month's rent. There is no renewal fee if the lease is extended. For property management services our fee is 10% of the gross rentals collected per month. There is no fee charged is the property is vacant.
