Greetings, I am an aspiring Chef and business owner looking to excel in my craft and provide top quality service. Q&As

As an appetizer, i enjoy making seared bacon-wrapped scallops. Drizzled with balsamic teriyaki and green onion garnish.
A favorite entree would be Chicken Alfredo pasta.

First i want to acknowledge any allergies, in order for everyone to be able to enjoy all the meals. Then i certain foods or tastes that my client may remember from a childhood or important moment in their lives. Once i have a base, i begin my brainstorming. I want to fit the theme and flow with the environment.

Meeting new people is the best part. Once someone puts a face to the work that they recieve, it is a different appreciation and bond.

After doing it for so long at many different kitchens, it dawns on you that you can give to so many more. I appreciate the time i have and i enjoy sharing it with others.

I want to build trust with my clients. I would like the opportunity to show that it is not only my passion, but my life. Most people are afraid to open up to others, but thru my work it prevents me from being shy.

Remotely. I come directly to my client via on site service or delivery.

I adhere to all FDA and Federal mandates regarding large group buffets. Gloves and masks are worn at all times.
