We can help you enter and pay your company bills and invoices, we can match purchase orders with invoices, create and maintain a vendor database, track vendors and subcontractor records to ensure compliance to insurance requirements. We can also issue 1099’s as needed.

We can post customer and client payments of cash, check and credit card payments and update your receivables records.

We can make collections calls on your behalf without the threat of legal action or we can help you establish a progressive collections plan.

Weekly, biweekly or monthly payroll provided.

We can provide you with and review your monthly reports. Reviewing your Profit and Loss Statement and Balance sheet will help you get a good picture of how your business is performing financially, where is your money coming from and where is it going.

Reconciling helps you to make sure your bookkeeping, financial reports and tax returns are accurate. It is the ONLY way to make sure you and your bank and your money are in sync.
