Just over a year ago I moved to my "new" historic home in Sunset Hills. The previous owner recommended that I use Berico, and specifically your technician Walter since I had a gas fired boiler in the home. A system that I was not at all familiar with. Walter was unable to service my home last year due to being out on medical leave. I was however able to get Walter to come this year for my annual service. All I can say is that Berico is extremely fortunate to have Walter as an employee! I learned so much from him during the visit regarding my system. I cannot emphasize enough my satisfaction regarding his knowledge and professionalism. At first I gave them a 5 because of the professionalism of the sales man and the technicians. The technicians received a 5 because they WERE great. What I found is that after your business is done and you have paid you are no longer priority. Customer service is questionable in the office. Did not like the feeling of being “GIVEN “ something. Especially something that cost only a fraction of the cost of the unit and labor. It’s as if your reason for being a customer was forgotten. Situation could have been handled much better. I simply said thank you and left after an office staff indicated in a boisterous manner that I was getting something FREE. No I did not get anything free. I PAID for what I purchased.
