Ben does a good job and I appreciated the fact that he understood my limitations due to physical disability. The only negative is that he cancelled last minute the first time, and I had already had a makeup artist come in that day. When we rescheduled to the following week I had to do my own makeup and it shows in the pictures (I'm no makeup artist, trust me.) The retouching was not quite as I expected - shadows on the wall removed but it doesn't look like anything was done to improve the look of my neck as he had said would be done. But overall not a bad job and I appreciate his coming to my house and turning the photos around in a reasonable amount of time. More...

Thoughtful and efficient! When we first met, he inquired about the purpose of the photo and immediately had ideas for me to consider, including a wardrobe upgrade to make my look for modern and less distracting. (I had planned to wear a blouse with a print on it, and he showed me the improvement with a plain navy top and jacket-- looked much better!!). He came to my home and set up his lighting in a matter of minutes in my living room. Very convenient as I could fix my hair and make up during the shoot, and modify my clothing too. Within 48 hours, I had chosen my favorite photo from the many he had taken, and asked him to touch up a few spots, and the next day the photo was in my IN box. Fantastic! Ben did an amazing job taking pictures of our 2 year old who is extremely suspicious of everyone who isn’t her parent. He was the first one to respond, and given the second person took 36 hours to respond, I decided to go with Ben:) What I liked about working with Ben is that he is able to give you the portrait background color that you desire by modifying the lighting, for example I wanted Blue. Ben Zweig is truly a talented professional COVID conscious photographer.   I engaged Ben to provide LinkedIn profile photos.   Ben came to my condo and we took photos in my condo building Great Room.  Ben selected several backgrounds and suggested poses providing close to 60 photos for me to select from during the session (maybe 90 minutes total).   Within 48 hours I had touched quality photos.  Ben has a great calming personality and makes this somewhat uncomfortable portrait process comfortable!  You will not be disappointed - and I am selective!
