About

We have been assisting clients in discovering and understanding where they want to be in life by helping identify behaviors and patterns that may help them improve, and adapting new behaviors which can help them overcome challenges. In order to make therapy successful, we take an approach based mainly in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which assesses behavior, readiness for change and working towards that goal.

Q&As

I mostly love seeing how learning about who you are, how your past has impacted you, recovering pieces of yourself or even discovering who you are now. It's the process of seeing people develop purpose and hope which ultimately improves the quality of life. So helping people is definitely the most important reason for entering this field.

What inspired me was to help people to my full capacity, with a flexible schedule, working outside of work hours so more people are able to attend. Also to balance work and family life since that is of utmost important to me.

Clients should chose Bemindful Counseling Center because we care about outcomes. We work on empowering people so they can have a better quality of life. We believe the client is the expert of their lives and we help them to uncover barriers or challenges and solutions to get different/improved results.

Our services are online only. We do not do face to face sessions to protect the client and staff.

We are virtual only to protect the clients safety and to be able to provide services.

We are Excellent Group is an evidence-based program which uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you manage depression, social anxiety and developing/strengthening life-skills. Participants will learn how to restructure negative thought patterns, manage anxiety, improve confidence /self-esteem, overcome critical self-talk and overcome cycles/patterns that cause distress. It is especially effective for participants who are struggling with feeling good in their own skin or being judged by others, struggling with depression/loneliness, having difficulty building healthy relationships and wanting to progress in life but struggling to identify barriers.

Healing Through Grief is a group designed to navigate through the grieving process. Providing a safe environment to express feelings freely with non-judgmental, supportive members. Establishing a connection with members to decrease the isolation that grief brings. A place for learning that there are many different ways to grieve and cope. A place for identifying emotions, relaxation techniques, & stress management skills. The opportunity for members to help each other brings strength, confidence, and a new sense of purpose and value.
