Chef Angela is incredible! She cooked a delicious Italian dinner, each bite bursting with flavor. She even made delicious gluten free alternatives to accommodate my dietary restriction. It is hard enough to cook a gluten free Italian meal from scratch, but then to have it taste so good is a true accomplishment! I have organized a few group classes for my daughters & their friends. As well, I have done a couple of classes myself. Bellangela is amazing. Her students learn new skills while having fun, even with something as easy as cracking eggs. She also teaches her students about her home country of Italy and what authentic Italian food is.
